Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These terms apply when you use 10000apps.com and the games and apps published by 10000 Apps on Google Play and the App Store (our “apps”). 10000 Apps is based in Wingham, NSW 2429, Australia. By using our apps you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

When you first open one of our apps we create a guest account for you. You can sign in with Google or Apple to keep your progress safe and use it on other devices. One 10000 Apps account works across all our apps. Keep your device and your Google or Apple account secure — anyone who can use them can use your 10000 Apps account. If you only play as a guest and delete the app or lose your phone, we may not be able to recover your progress. We may delete guest accounts that have not been used for 24 months. You can delete your account at any time (see section 9).

2. Children

Our games can be played by children. Players under 13 play in a mode without sign-in or contact forms, and a grown-up is asked before any purchase or any link that leaves the game. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made on their devices and accounts, and can ask us to delete a child’s data at any time on our account deletion page.

3. Virtual items and coins

Our apps may let you earn or buy virtual items such as coins, boosters, skins or level packs. They are a licence to use them in our apps — they have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or anything outside the apps, and can’t be sold or transferred to another account. We may change, rebalance or stop offering virtual items. If an item is lost because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will restore it where we reasonably can.

4. Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms, and payment is handled by them; we never see your card or bank details. Refunds are requested from Google or Apple under their refund policies; we can’t refund store purchases ourselves. A purchase that is refunded or reversed may be removed from your account. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 11).

5. Test versions (beta)

We sometimes offer test versions of our apps through Google Play or Apple’s TestFlight. They may have bugs, missing features or data problems. Progress, items and test purchases made in a test version normally carry over to the released app, but we may need to adjust them, for example to fix a balance problem. Test purchases cost nothing and can’t be refunded or exchanged.

6. Fair play

Please play fair. Don’t cheat, use bots, modified apps or tools that change the game or our servers, exploit bugs, buy or sell accounts or items, or try to get into other players’ accounts or our systems. If you break these terms we may remove items or progress gained unfairly, and suspend or close your account. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will review it.

7. Ads

Some apps offer optional reward videos from advertising partners. A reward is given only for a video that was watched to the end. Ads come from our partners; if you see something inappropriate, tell us.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving our apps, so features, levels and items may change. Online features need an internet connection and our servers, which may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever stop an app’s online features, we will give reasonable notice in the app or on this website where we can.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete my account) or on our account deletion page. Deleting it removes your progress, coins and items in all our apps; they can’t be recovered or refunded afterwards. We may close an account that breaks these terms (section 6).

10. Our content

Our apps, their art, sound, levels and code belong to 10000 Apps or our licensors. You may use the apps for your own personal, non-commercial play. Don’t copy, sell or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows.

11. Australian Consumer Law and liability

Our apps come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights or any other rights you have under law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for anything else is limited to supplying the service again or the cost of having it supplied again.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We will show the date of the last update here, and for important changes we will also tell you in the app before they apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
