This page explains how to delete your 10000 Apps account and the data linked to it, for any game or app published by 10000 Apps on Google Play or the App Store. One 10000 Apps account is shared by all our games, so deleting it removes it from all of them.
Option 1: delete it in the game
- Open the game.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out. If you play again later, the game starts you with a new, empty account.
Option 2: ask us here
Use this if you no longer have the game installed, or can’t open it. Fill in the form below. Tell us how you signed in (Google, Apple or Facebook) and, if you can, your Player ID (shown in the game under Settings → Account). We may ask you to confirm the account is yours before we delete it, so that nobody can delete someone else’s account.
What is deleted
- Your 10000 Apps account and the sign-in links to Google, Apple or Facebook.
- Your saved progress (cloud saves), levels, stars, coins, items and in-game messages and gifts.
- Gameplay and device statistics linked to your account.
- Purchases you made: these cannot be refunded or restored after deletion.
We delete this data within 30 days of your request. Copies in our secure backups are removed as the backups expire, within a further 60 days.
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records (product, price, date, store transaction number) for up to 7 years, because Australian tax law requires it. They are anonymised: no longer linked to you or your account.
- Emails you sent our support team for up to 2 years, so we can answer follow-up questions or disputes.
- Overall statistics that cannot identify you (for example, how many players finished a level).
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can turn off Share gameplay statistics in the game under Settings → Privacy, or contact us to ask us to delete specific data, such as your gameplay statistics or a support conversation, while keeping your account.
If you only ever played as a guest (never signed in), deleting the game from your phone removes the game data on your phone. To also remove what is stored on our servers, use either option above.
